Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Nexagent(the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your credentials secret.
  • Provide accurate registration details.
  • Don't transfer or share your account with another person.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights (data protection, anti-spam, export controls, sanctions, etc.).
  • Send unsolicited bulk email, harassment, or fraudulent content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise hit our APIs at volumes beyond your plan's rate limits.
  • Reverse-engineer, attack, or attempt to bypass the Service's authentication or rate-limit controls.
  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency / financial activities that evade KYC, sanction, AML or tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload or generate (keywords, ICP descriptions, email drafts, lead lists). You grant Nexagent a limited license to process, store and surface that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the legal right to handle the contact data the Service surfaces on your behalf.

5. Email outreach compliance

If you use Nexagent's outbound email features, you must comply with the anti-spam laws of the recipient's jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR in the EU, China's PIPL, etc.). In particular:

  • Only contact recipients with a defensible business reason.
  • Provide a clear sender identity and a working unsubscribe option in every email.
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly.

Nexagent provides the tools; you remain solely responsible for the content, recipient lists, and compliance of the outreach you send.

6. Plans, billing & refunds

  • The Service is currently in early access. Free plan is available without payment; paid plans bill monthly.
  • Lead quota is reserved at hunt-submission time; failed hunts do not refund quota (same model as other LLM-backed SaaS).
  • Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; current period remains active until expiry.

7. Service changes & termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice. You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI models may generate inaccurate or incomplete information; you should verify results before acting on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexagent and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
